The Berkeley Beach Club is a new infill boutique hotel project located on historic 8th Avenue, the early 1900’s era main street in the Florida west coast’s oldest beach town. The structure is a 9700 square foot mixed use structure on a tiny 65’ X 100’ site. Designed after studying New Orleans French Quarter courtyard buildings, the project includes a ground floor restaurant tenant space, an arcaded sidewalk cafe, a fountain courtyard, 12 hotel rooms and a roof top bar. http://berkeleybeachclub.com/
