The Broadwater is a redevelopment of a Gulf front resort from the late 50’s. The resort contained a marina built into the Gulf of Mexico where Elvis learned to water ski. The plan formats a major casino seamlessly into the mixed-use town / resort setting enticing visitors into long relaxing and adventure filled stays. The marina itself is planned as a mixed-use urban neighborhood sitting on a new plaza level above grade level parking. The grand casino hotel wraps amenity filled courtyards and edges vibrant mixed-use streets. Architectural visioning created streets and plazas wrapped with tropical Mississippi Gulf Coast architecture.
